Australian Customers
Toy Central aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment for orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri).
We guarantee same-day dispatch for Express Post orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri).
During peak periods (including Christmas), dispatch times may increase slightly; however, Express Post orders will still be prioritised.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout in accordance with Australia Post guidelines. Postage is determined by the greater of the parcel’s actual weight or cubic (volumetric) weight. Larger boxed items may therefore incur higher shipping costs due to space requirements.
Combined shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you would like to receive push notifications regarding your order, please download the Shop App.
All deliveries are fully tracked.
Please note: While we guarantee same-day dispatch for Express Post orders placed before 11am, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post service standards and factors beyond our control.
🏬 Click & Collect
You may select warehouse pickup at checkout.
Our warehouse is located in Coopers Plains, Brisbane.
Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Pickup hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: We are a warehouse facility only and do not operate a retail showroom.

We currently ship to:
New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore & Japan.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All international deliveries are fully tracked.
